Job description

1. Be responsible for the design of new projects and the formulation of experimental schemes, and the design and development of fluorescence immunochromatography kit;

2. Responsible for the optimization of fluorescence immunochromatography platform, including technical debugging and exploration of particle coupling, detection mode and system formula;

3. Be responsible for the analysis, evalsuation and improvement of related products of fluorescence immunochromatography platform, and provide targeted opinions for the upstream Design of genetic engineering antigen and antibody development;

4. Analyze the reasons for the problems fed back by customers of related products of fluorescence immunochromatography platform, debug the products and solve the problems;

5. Be responsible for sorting out relevant data and experimental records of fluorescence immunochromatography platform, summarizing and training new employees of the platform, handover of developed products and providing SOP;

Recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in laboratory medicine, clinical medicine, biotechnology and other related majors, regardless of gender;

2. Have more than 3 years of experience in product development of immunochromatographic platform, and 2-3 products have been successfully listed, can independently complete the experimental design and commissioning of immunochromatographic reagents, and can independently undertake project development and platform construction;

3. Familiar with the experimental operation and theoretical knowledge of in vitro diagnostic reagent development, experience in the development of colloidal gold and fluorescence immunochromatography in vitro diagnostic reagent is preferred;

4. Experience in applying for national major special projects or innovation fund projects is preferred;

5. Serious and responsible, with strong learning and communication skills; Team spirit, good comprehensive quality, courage to accept project challenges and good pressure resistance; Have a certain English reading ability.
